In fact, she was pregnant back in March when she taped the 16 & Pregnant Reunion Special. However, MTV asked Dr. Drew not to discuss it and they didn’t. There will be no mention of it at the reunion.

I think Jordan’s going to have a long, hard road ahead of her, especially after Brian leaves for basic training in June. She’s going to be doing a lot more on her own, and raising two children that are both in diapers. It’s not impossible, but it’s going to be hard, especially on a young marriage. But it can be done.
According to Jessica, Jordan’s grandmother was happy for the couple, who plans to move to California next month. The Ashley wishes the couple good luck!

Although it was said that producers knew of Jordan's second pregnancy during the 16 and Pregnant reunion special which was filmed in March, it was not revealed as part of the show. Adding to the challenge of being an 18 year old mother of two is the fact that Ward's husband joined the Air Force and will likely be away for a large part of his childrens' infancy.
Jordan revealed on her Facebook page that she went on birth control after giving birth to Noah but often "forgot" to take it. Critics of the show site it for the rise in teen pregnancy in many parts of the nation, including here in Pittsburgh. In a story published by WPXI in January, it was reported that the teen pregnancy rate in Allegheny County is on the rise after a decline over the past decade.
Last week, news broke that two alums of 16 and Pregnant were expecting again – Jordan Ward, whose episode kicked off Season 3, and Ebony Jackson from Season 1. However, Ebony announced via her official Facebook page that she has had a miscarriage. She wrote:

Ebony was one of my favorites from her season – she was smart and motivated, and she really loved being a mom. She and Josh got married and he joined the Air Force, so they were doing fairly well for themselves and their little family. I know how awful and painful an experience that miscarriage can be, and we at Crushable wish Ebony the best during this time.
