Wife Swap $100 Million Sue

Wife Swap $100 Million Sue - Wife Swap Star Prostitution---Reality Show 'Wife Swap' For $100 Million: A former "Wife Swap" star has been arrested for prostitution at a New York Thruway service area in Pembroke, 30 miles outside of Buffalo.

YNN reports 20-year-old Alicia Guastaferro told investigators that she was paid to perform sex acts and spend the night with James D. Doyle, a 54-year-old attorney in Rochester.

State police told the news station that Doyle was "slumped over asleep" at the wheel of a parked car early Monday morning at the rest area.

Police say Doyle refused a field sobriety test and charged him with driving while intoxicated, patronizing a prostitute and providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21. According to the Democrat & Chronicle, Doyle has been convicted of DWI twice before.

Guastaferro, of Williamsville, is charged with criminal impersonation, prostitution, and possession of a controlled substance. She told troopers they were both drinking prior to their arrest, and that Doyle gave her a fake ID and bought her alcohol.

She allegedly told police that she's known Doyle for two years and that he calls her twice a month and pays her $500 to $700 for sex, the D&C reported. Gustaferro said she had not been paid Monday because he usually pays her in the morning.

Doyle, who previously served on the Greece Town Board, denies the charges. "I've been accused of allegations that are lurid, salacious and demonstrably false," he told YNN. "The young lady with me is a lady whose family I've known for two years.

I've known this young lady for two years. I've been to her home. She's visited my home with her mother and her father... There was absolutely nothing of a sexual nature with respect to our encounter, whatsoever, at all." Guastaferro was on "Wife Swap" in 2008 with her parents, according to Radar Online. In 2010, she sued ABC and its parent company Walt Disney for $100 million, claiming they poorly represented her on the show as a "spoiled brat."

The former teen beauty queen famously said on the episode that she feels "sorry for people that are not gorgeous people." Zap2It reports the lawsuit, which is still pending, claimed ridicule from her peers forced Guastaferro to changes schools and that she was suffering from panic attacks and suicidal tendencies.
