Viral Breakup Letter, A viral breakup letter is still red hot after being uploaded to the internet four days ago. On June 3, ABC News reported that a woman broke up with her boyfriend of 2 years by writing him a letter and sending him on a scavenger hunt for all of his belongings. The letter was posted on imgur and has been viewed nearly 1.5 million times.
Guess who left his Facebook open on the computer and got a message from Kelsi? Yeah! You! But don't worry. I didn't break anything," the handwritten note reads. "Actually I was nice enough to package your things. And I even invented a neat game since I know you like looking for things (like other girls)," the letter continues.
The viral breakup letter goes on to list some clues so that the guy can retrieve his things. Perhaps the most epic part of the note is that the person who wrote it dropped some things off at "Kelsi's house." So perhaps the letter's author confronted the "other woman" and ruined both relationships for her cheating ex-boyfriend.
The letter is laced with sarcasm and written in red pen. There are plenty of colored-in red hearts, underlined words, and exclamation points to last a lifetime. Whoever wrote the letter has yet to come forward -- and it's possible, of course, that this is just a hoax. Either way, it's creative, funny, and now it is going down in history as one of the best breakup letters... ever!
Was the viral breakup letter everything you expected and more? Would you ever breakup with someone in such a way?
